This is one of the worst warranty and customer service i have seen in canada, so i purchased my computer in January 2019 and in July the ac adaptor broke after spending hours on the phone with the customer service representative i found out that the adaptors warranty is only 4 months and i have to purchase a new one for $150 and nobody had warned me about the this when i purchased my laptop, at the store they said the warranty was for 1 year.

Assuming you've submitted your ticket beforehand (they can't really do anything if you haven't), these guys are super friendly, open and honest about their work and what they can't/can do. Makes you feel great that there's a team like these guys nearby to support your MSI products.

Excellent service. Professional technician fixed my laptop in a timely and efficient manner, updating me throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

3 weeks ago I brought in a motherboard for RMA here and got a refurbished one completely physically damaged and scratched on the Mobo heatsink (see pic). Manager said "what do you expect it's refurbished" And I said it's unnaceptable as it was going in a glass case. He brought me my old motherboard and screw driver and I swapped the heatsink but the worst part is he said "how come you didn't give it back to the store" arguing with me why I didn't give it back even after I told him it's over the return policy but he just couldn't grasp it. Then he followed up with "I hope you don't have a problem again as I don't want to see you again. I like my peace and quiet" I was just shocked that came out of his mouth considering how calm I was about the whole situation. Won't buy MSI again. Asus had much better customer service and much more professional.

Switched to MSI this year and they’ve delivered exactly what I needed. Hardware always runs butter smooth, easy to configure, low temps, hits all the speeds and FPS marks I needed. Top knotch motherboard technology, & great customer focused products. Had best results with plenty of headroom using them. I probably won’t switch to another brand unless they don’t make it.

Worst support I have ever received with a laptop. This wasn't my first MSI Laptop but will certainly be my last. I purchased a 17" GL75 9SFK about 6 months ago and when I first got it the fans were very loud and it was extremely hot. About a month ago the hinges broke away from the screen and I had to send it in for repairs. I received it back after a month of waiting and the fans sounded way worse and the video card was damaged. Now likely I'm going to be without my only laptop for another month. I also had to pay for shipping (twice). Save your money. I would expect way better service and quality for the price! Especially from a company like MSI. Very disappointing.
