Horrible wait times had to wait 3+ hours just to say I'm not in the right department even though the previous representative said they would transfer me to the right department. Hire more staff or do something about the wait times because this is ridiculous. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Bad bad experience its been 3 months now and my claims havent been approved. Look somewhere else. Have the proper documents and yet the delay.

The worst customer service ever. Been waiting for almost an hour to ask a simple question. Someone picked up the phone, verified me and connected to another one and guess what nobody picked up the phone after almost 45 minutes.

Been on hold for over an hour, can't log in and it says to contact customer service. There is no service. Photo added for proof these companies take your money but really offer nothing. Haven't received a single dollar of insurance as I can't log in. This is rediculous.

One of my worst experiences. They don’t even deserve one star in my opinion. Had to go back and forth many times cause no one knew what they were doing. Each Customer service rep gave different answers and wasted my time. Been about 3 weeks and my problem still hasn’t been solved. What a disappointment.

Manulife is primary example of poor employee retention, and the problems that arise as a result. Lack of knowledge, disinterest in problem solving, long hold times to reach them. But most of all, an old company on archaic systems that they barely know how to support. Insurance and Banking companies all suffer from this. They don't know how to adapt and change

Support for clients does not exist for this company. I tried for 7 hours to get clarification about a claim and still have not spoken to anyone and was never contacted to address my concerns. I would give zero stars if I had that option!

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. They never answer any phone call. I was on the phone 2 times for over 2 hours each time. Waiting for 2:41 and 2:10 still was unable to speak to a rep. Aboid making the same mistake and getting these guy’s insurance as you will be wasting your time and money. I would give a negative star however that is not possible. Zero professionalism zero assistance zero overall.
