Their team assigned for the Gincon account is comprised of very professional staff that not only know their work but also take a sincere approach to understanding our business and how they can help. They are readily available and take the time to ensure that we understand what they are doing and any impacts for the business. Communication is two-way and they keep things simple so that we can comprehend. It is a pleasure to deal with the staff that work on the account and in addition their management team is very approachable and want to ensure the client is receiving what they need. If you are in the market for an accounting/auditing firm please consider Williams & Partners and they will not disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I operate a small business - 12 to14 staff - and approached Williams & Partners for help on my tax return. Initial communication was fine and they completed they job on time and sent the bill pronto. After the bill was paid, I discovered they had made an error in favour of the government. I went back to them for a fix, but they wouldn't acknowledge my communications. So, in the end, I had to hire another firm to clean up their work. As you can imagine, I'm not likely to recommend them.
