G3 Telecom

I have been using G3 telecom for my long distance calling for a couple of months. The service is good and reliable but they do have service interruptions from time to time. The call quality is good. The only hindrance is their reliability. In terms of pricing, G3 should watch out for other competitors to ensure that they are offering a comparable service. At this time, G3 is not the best service provider for calls to Nigeria.

I have been using G3 telecom for a long time and is generally very happy with the service. If you occasionally call overseas, their prepaid plans are the cheapest with no monthly fees involved. There has been a few times where I have had trouble dialing because circuits are busy, but eventually get through. I hope that part of their service gets better.

I have been using the service of G3 Telecom for my long distance calls for about 6 months. I mainly call to India. The connection is fast and simple through speed dial. The quality of call is very good. The package of $4.95 for 500 minutes is cost-effective and competitive. I am satisfied with G3 so far. If G3 continues to provide good quality services at competitive price, I shall continue using their services for long.

I have been using G3 Telecom for over ten years - the reception is great and clear. So far I have not had a problem and if you have any questions their customer service is always ready to help you. It has been the cheapest service I have found. I have recommended them to several people and the great benefit is you get credit for it!!! I call India, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Portugal. I find it cheaper than sending a card.

I signed up for telephone service was very hopeful would,d be good service and a cheaper home phone but I had no idea what was in for. I have had to make several calls to customer service and their service and knowledge is near zero. I don't want to cut them down but each time I call they can't do anything. I decided to port out my number to G3 and waited and no one could tell me what was happening. I called shaw asking about what was going on with the port out and they said that would be completed on the Monday but G3 won't process it to,l the Thursday. I told them was very frustrating and am just about ready to cancel with them. So must have misunderstood me and canceled the port out. I called the next day to G3 asked them to resend out the port request. The girls send yes okay I have sent it. They called me on 20th said customer requested cancel of port out and asked what I wanted to do. I said I asked her 5 days ago to resend port out request and never did it. Ohhhhh I'm sorry I will send it and make it a quick port out. I said okay thank you. So4 says later get a message to regarding my port out. I call, she said I canceled port out so was rejected. I said a asked someone to resend port out said yes have done it then get call to call u back about port out being rejected. Asked her after frustrating call to resend it, then 4 days later, today, get message to call about port out. I had to call twice as kept hanging up on me. I asked what was going on now and said port out was rejected what do you what do you want to do. I couldn't take it. I lost it. Wasn't sent on 20th and calling me same thing. I feel like am in a very bad groundhog day movie. I couldn't take it so told them give me a new number I want out of this nightmare. Please give me a new number and stop this. I don't know what they are doing but have never dealt or had such horrid customer service. If I had BBB would,d have made sure they were held responsible as sometimes need a third party to intervene. Can't say what phone is like as haven't had a chance to try service. But their customer service is horrid and would never been allowed to get away with that.

I have been G3 customer for years but lately their standard deteriorated. Calls never went through always a recording saying all circuits are busy. I still have balance with G3 & like to use it up before switching to better company. I called today 3 time around 1130 AM to talk to the agent. But all 3 times agent hung up. They have my number but didn't call me back. Won't recommend G3 Telecome anyone.

Not a good service. 1) The conversation gets repeated 2) Does not connect properly. I reported to Customer Service twice. They will make sure to deceive you. 23Cents a minute is a waste.

I do not have a need for these services at all but school kids went on a school trip and smart phones were not allowed. I was told this could be used in hotels instead. Unfortunately, the services were not working as advertised. This could not be used in hotels. I was charged $15 and could not use this at all. They said that they could not refund the money.
