โ โ โ โ โ We had a major project with Lucky 5 Group. From the first meeting to finalizing contract and picking materials, Owen, Derek, Michael and the rest of their team did not let us down. I would rate them the highest in professionalism, availability, flexibility and quality of finished work. Owen returned my calls within minutes, every time. We had several design changes and he was able to accommodate for a fee and still finish on time. Michael is very detail oriented and helped with design ideas and professional finishes.
If I had to do it over, I would take more time to be more specific on materials brands/styles/sizes on final finishes although Owen's taste is pretty good. Share lots of photos of what you are looking for and they'll deliver.
Overall, I am very happy with this company and definitely reach out to them for future projects.
Now that they are done, it is kinda boring here. I miss the interactions I had with them.

โ โ โ โ โ Roger and his butchers are crooks!! Finished product may look pretty but many flaws and dangerous errors in craftsmanship! Electricians are not certified and do not know what they are doing! Many mistakes hiding behind the walls, including our dryer duct dislocating in three places! Our electrical panel is overloaded as well. Stay away! Don't be fooled by the lower price, you'll be paying the difference in repairs!!

โ โ โ โ โ Owen has completed not one but two different basement renovations for me. His team is skilled and manage their time efficiently. Owen made sure to keep me posted every step of the way. They finished my entire basement in 30 days. When I sold my house, the new buyers let me know the basement was the reason they put in an offer. Need I say more.

โ โ โ โ โ I got quotes from several companies and Lucky 5 was the best balance of price and professionalism. Pricing in the quote was also very transparent which cannot be understated in the reno industry. We refreshed an entire house, beautiful paint job, modernized washrooms. Entire process was very smooth.
Roger was very responsive and overdelivered on communication and helpfulness.
The quality of a contractor's craftmanship really matters and they delivered. I had a different company renovate a shower at a different property before and they skipped small steps that we see Lucky 5 did not. Very happy. They made this house look like it was brand new.

โ โ โ โ โ Owen and his team of professionals were so wonderful to work with for renovation - from talking through the design to the demolition work through to the end result.
Owen provided a clear project plan with timelines for the stages of the work meant quality service that is fast, friendly and efficient.
We are extremely happy with the results - each member of Owenโs team from demolition, plumbing, gas and electrical to plaster, painting, tile,floor and stair installation are professional, punctual, great at what they do, and pay attention to details.
We would also like to thank Michael and Leo for their careful and professional final touch up! 10/10 would refer to friends and family. Thanks everyone in Lucky5 team!

We had numerous requests during the project that Owen's team were happy to accommodate. The team worked hard and had a great attention to detail. The project was completed in less time than we had thought but not a single detail was missed!
