Extremely reliable, very competitive pricing, and most importantly always available to us in a timely manner with a phone call, often going out of their way to get us out of any jams on a moment's notice (this is has not always been our experience with other vendors). They have suggested alternatives and solutions in the past resulting in us spending LESS. Further, they have been very generous supporting our community-based initiatives.

They go out of their way to help their customers, especially Chris. I've called Chris in a time of need and he went out of his way to help me get the product I needed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend working with Empire Foods.

For a small operation sometimes it's tough to get good pricing but these guys really are competitive. Kosta is my sales rep. Really great guy. He never complains about my last minute additions and answers at all times of the day. Great working with them. Highly recommended.
