โ โ โ โ โ @Mark Alam, i rated 5 star for now. I am somewhat in similar situation and in the midst of dealing with right individual within sundance, will update you after my interactions. Will surely come back with an update.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible builder. stay away from buying homes from this builder. They hire the lowest bidders to build their homes and the cheapest trades. I bought a home in their Whitby community had nothing but issues after move in. The after sales support is also the worst. So many deficiencies. They never fix anything properly a;way try to blame the home owner for causing the problem. Roof shingles came off a year into occupancy, not just my home but the entire neighborhood ( all Sundance homes) builder refused to fix it stating it wasn't cover by warranty.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible builder. We bought a home in Whitby and Sundance clearly displayed that they Cut corners and will refuse to fix issues. 1st year of home they will give any excuse not to fix items around our home. We advised them our babies room is not properly insulated but they refused to do anything about it and said we just don't heat it properly. Now just about to be our 3rd year and our kitchen cabenets are falling of the ceiling!!!
This builder does not care about their homeowners that is a fact!
