★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always gone to Lube City except for one time last week, I went to a dealer ship in Whitecourt, big mistake I had oil dripping underneath my Kia, so on June 30I went to Lube city and asked the boys if they would check underneath for me, they found my oil plug was loose.. tighten it, check my oil and did not charge me. Awesome bunch of guys. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged me for synthetic oil I asked for synthetic oil but they did not put synthetic in my truck. This is something that is quite noticeable when starting your vehicle in cold weather synthetic oil doesn't thicken in cold like conventional oil's do which makes for easier cold starts
They said the filled my windshield washer fluid but did not
Caimed to have checked my differential and transfer case oils and recommended they be changed but did not touch them I marked them before going there and they where not touched

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over tightened my drain plug and now it will not come off. We had all of our oil changes there and when we went last with our jeep they could not get it off and striped it. They asked who did it last and I informed them that they did.
My mistake was leaving and not dealing with it then as we were moving and I figured the next place would just need an extractor socket. Needless to say it will not come off with an extractor and impact gun.
Of course they take no responsibility and will not warranty the repairs to get it off. Further I was informed they have no insurance for this.
I guess if I need a new oil pan they do not see a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my own oil and filter (after purchasing my friend could not do the change for me) called to see discount being I would be bringing my own supplies. I thought being I spend $60 on supplies and wouldn't need theirs pricing would go from the reg. $70-$80 to approx. $30-$40. However they just take a total of $9 off the oil change still paying a minimum of $60 for the oil change. Strongly dislike .. never buy your own supplies just pay an extra $9 for theirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oil change was quick and easy but trying to get the filter off for the next oil change was brutal, pretty much caved in the filter with the amount of applied force trying to back it out. Apparently the employees don’t know or follow the instructions for filter install.
