★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well maintained apartments. Managers live on site so there's always someone around if need be. I personally have never had an issue with any other tenants, and I don't come across any suspicious acts. There are kids in some of the apartments, but I have never had a noise complaint. There are four builds however, so I can't say for certain that all the buildings are the same.
