I went to Lowes in the north end of Whitby after work with a creative project in mind and came home with something much different than I originally envisioned. I spent some time struggling but found resolve when I was assisted by a calm, incredibly patient, and accommodating young professional - what a tremendous asset to the organization. Thank you Kyle (in the lumber department)!

Recently placed an online order with Lowe’s Canada for two different styles of vanity faucets. One was available from a store in Ontario and the other Alberta so the order was shipped out in two packages. The Ontario order arrived quickly, no problems (I live in Ontario). The order coming out of Alberta took a few days longer but I received an email stating it had been delivered. Went home and there was no package at my address. Checked the tracking number and it turns out it was delivered in Alberta! Called customer service and asked for them to ship out the missing faucets or issue me a refund. I was informed they needed to trace the package first which could take 5-21 days. That means I am without product I have paid for for up to 3 weeks when it is clearly a problem with the shipping company. Totally unacceptable Lowes. I would not recommend buying online with Lowes if this is how they deal with lost items.

I have to say this place is by far the most helpful when it comes to finding someone and asking a question to get advise. There is always someone there to help with knowledge and if the person doesn’t know the great thing is they will find you someone that does instead of you looking for someone yourself. This place is much better then homedepot. Keep doing what you are doing and keep striving to be the best.

Went to get a few power tools of the Back Friday sale. I believe the gentleman who helped me was Jeff, he was awesome, he took me to the aisles for the products I was looking for, explained everything about the products and even suggested a few things that go with it. The rest of the staff was amazing including the staff members who helped me load it to my car. Great Customer Service. Will definitely be back to shop again. Thanks! Guys. ??

Such a pleasant experience at Lowe’s Whitby tonight, specifically with Helena, but other associates as well, as I made my way to grab a few items. I had just come from the Pickering location and dropped the things I had intended to get there, as the customer service lacked. It was a night and day experience, and I was grateful for that. Would definitely go the extra mile to visit the Whitby store in the future.

Excellent customer service! We had trouble purchasing a snowblower. Long story, short, Andrew in seasonal found a better one, built it for me in an hour, and saved our backs! For car parking and home renovations we had minimal time to move over 2000 square feet of snow that was 16 inches deep! The machine was perfect, sitting in front of customer service with our name on it! Outstanding!

I was helped by a customer service rep by the name of Licy and she was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about the products I was looking. She also help me to cash out and load the product in my truck.

I consistently get above and beyond help from Lowe's associates when I am trying to figure things out as DIY'er who is learning all the time. I'm extra motivated today to write this review after the amazing service I received when I tried to return something u bought over a year ago. The lady was very understanding my situation given the pandemic and gave me store credit of $560 even though I lost the receipt and their credit card record couldn't go back that far. I felt so relieved and grateful for Lowe's great return policy and for having patient and empathetic associates.
