Hwaran helped me to build back up my skin barrier and my skin has improved sooo much with her tailored skincare plans and amazing facials/treatments. I recommend her to everyone I know!

After my first consultation Wha Ran took the time to look at all my products and their ingredients that I was using and analyzed my skin- which no other spa has done for me previously. After my first facial I could already see a HUGE improvement in my skin texture, skin barrier, skin reactivity, levels of hydration, and pigmentation. The facials at Refine are divine! Wha Ran takes her time and customizes each facial- I’ve had 3 so far and each time she does what my skin needs. She provides feedback and also coaches me on how to improve my skin at home and is always available for a call or text even weeks after you see her. I drive up to Edmonton to see her and that says a lot- she’s definitely knowledgeable and her approach to skincare is more advanced than the usual North American facial. Wha Ran and the other ladies at Refine always make you feel welcome and pampered and I love coming here and I’m literally obsessed with how great my skin looks. Goodbye foundation- hello hydration lol.

Love their service, friendliness, knowledgeable and love Wharan she’s the best. Love it so much that since I’ve moved to BC everytime I fly into Edmonton for the day I have to make a visit to Refine Medispa no matter what the visit has to be made. I order all my products from here and daily plan is given to me to keep up with keeping my skin looking great. These ladies know what they are talking about! They listened to my concerns and asked questions no one else has ever asked. They truly care and go above and beyond. My skin has never felt so good and is on its way to recovering! I will be having some micro needling and IPL soon - I don’t just trust anyone with these procedures as they can really damage your skin if the wrong people are doing it. I can say I trust these ladies! A very professional medispa where they truly care and are safe. Highly recommend.
