★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abysmally slow service. Basically a 1 hour wait for bubble tea. The stir fried beef #76 is not what you think it is, it's beef soup poured over noodles. Supposedly a "sauce". Would not wait or pay for this kind of food or service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here after beer fest for supper and got a very nice meal. The papaya salad was delicious was salty, sour, sweet with some heat. The spicy pho soup was also delicious and had some real heat to had me sweating a bit but was still delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there on Sept 12 at about 1:30 with my wife, and we both got the Pad Thai, beef and chicken. It tasted fine, but after eating we both found bits of plastic stuck in our mouth. Since this was at the end of the meal, I could only guess how much plastic we ate. Before that I enjoyed everything. The service was great, the building was nice, but finding bits of plastic in the food makes me uneasy about eating there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lotus has always been my favourite Pho restaurant in Calgary. I've been to half a dozen here but keep coming back to this one time and time again. It def has the best flavour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful soup tasted like spicy hot water. When I asked they said it’s fine. I asked again for something to put in the hot water for flavour they said other customers said it was ok.
Worst customer service on top of the garbage food! Save yourself the trip and make itchiban noodles at home. Ugh!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pho I’ve eaten. Deceived for its lacklustre taste, quality and attempt. Ordered raw beef pho and got fully cooked instead. Noodles were clumped together, seems like they were precooked first and then warmed up upon order, bean sprouts looked sad and wilted (didn’t even touched that). The only good thing was hot broth, but even that lacked alittle taste. And it wasn’t cheap. Personally wouldn’t recommend it, can find plenty better around downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the old building where this Resto is located and finally able to try their food. Beef Pho noodles were okay. I find the servings a bit small for their price. Charbroiled pork vermicelli bowl seems okay but the pork cut was a little thin for my liking. Their spring roll was good though. Had a miscommunication with the staff and forgot to gave me my other order, had to go back and retrieve it :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were once on the paper and famous for their satay pho. Came for that 4 years ago and it was fantastic.
Now…It’s salty Tom’s of msg and the customer service was awful.
We felt like we an inconvenience to them by coming to the restaurant with no parking.
Now that can’t even make proper pho let alone satay.
The only thing good was the fried shrimp.
