★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent selection of Dewey dad fasteners however they made everybody wait outside the door which was kind of pointless and annoying considering there's all of five people in this place at any given time, just saying covid is over people let's get on with life already!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees never seem to want to help customers, they seem irritable and inattentive every time I go in. The condescending remarks I receive from the employees have given me no reason to ever return to this, or any other Lordco location. Going to NAPA for all my parts from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One transaction took 3 visits, 3 calls and 3 weeks. Ordered parts over the phone, they said they'd be in later that day, got a call saying they're in. Went in, he couldn't find my order nor number but they said Penticton jipped them on one of two of my parts, and that they'd order them again but it won't be until Tuesday (long wknd) but they'd call to let me know (no call came). I went in to get them Wednesday, took them home to find out they were the wrong parts. I called and they said they'd order again but it'll be a bit because it's coming from Vancouver. I got a message the next week saying their in, went in and paid the extra for the right parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service. Unbelievably slow. I almost walked out and three people that came in behind me did walk out. If Walmart can have a self checkout option then these people should or I'll just go shop somewhere else. Penticton is close and amazon has three day delivery. Do better or you will be gone.
