★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasure of doing business with Davis Dodge. I bought a Jeep Gladiator. I must say that the experience I had was much more pleasant than one can ever imagine with car dealers. I was very happy with the wonderful professionalism, honesty and dedication of Colin Parsons, the salesperson. He truly cares about his clients’ interests and preferences, rather than just to sell the vehicle. I have never dealt with a car salesman as caring and honest as him. He gave me the best value of my trade-in vehicle. Then, without asking, he went on his own to get me another thousand dollars. He constantly kept in touch with me at the every step of the process. I never felt at any point that he just wanted to sell the vehicle. He never tried to push me at all. Whether this was Colin’s personality, his dealership business ethics or both, I must say they are not usual car sale people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a car enthusiast I have dealt with a lot of car dealerships and even more salesmen. By far this is the worst dealership I have ever done business with. The salesman just wanted to argue. I regret not walking out the door. After overpaying for a used jeep, I took it to my mechanic Knowing it need work before I could insure it. Talking to both my mechanic and insurance company they told me it is against the law for a dealership to sell a car with out a passing safety inspection. The car they sold me didn't even have working brakes or a legal windshield. I've heard of people before call salesmen crooks but these sales men where literally crooks not following the law.

We brought our truck in for an exhaust leak and even though our warranty contract had expired in March the service department was able to get it covered as we were under 100,000 kms, how great is that! They also replaced 2 of our mud flaps under warranty as well. We have bought 5 vehicles as well as a travel trailer from Davis Dodge and will continue going back to them for all our vehicle needs.
