★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They typically have what I am looking for, but too often I get to the service counter and stand there for several minutes before even being acknowledged by staff. One time I even left in frustration without buying anything after waiting directly in front of several staff for five minutes or so. They should put customers in store ahead of whatever they are doing on their computers. Getting a part I need should not make me feel like the staff are doing me a favour that they really don't want to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I run a repair business so I am buying parts at multiple times during the day. This place is always my absolute last choice. The staff chats for far too long between themselves or to customers they like making wait times very long. Numerous times I've just walked out in disgust. I've tried calling orders in but you just end up waiting on hold. Parts end up being wrong a lot which I rarely get at any other stores. When you do get helped you get the feeling that the representative feels they are doing you a favour.

Received the worst customer “service” trying to purchase a headlight bulb. Price on shelf different from price at check out. Was told we could “return it if we didn’t like it” then was told the cashier couldn’t process the “return” and sent back to parts to authorize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent thousands of dollars in lordco in the past couple of weeks and now when I need a part they have in stock the guy refused to let me buy the parts I needed because he doesn't like me and now I'm done with lordco and I will y going to a different parts store for now on
