I am located in the Fraser Valley and right before the heat dome that we were expecting, our cars' AC Compressor needed replacing. I saw that D&M had the part that we needed online and called in to confirm they had it minutes before they were closing. Julie was polite, understanding, and extremely helpful! She stayed late to help me with the part, sourcing couriers to see what the fastest options were, and went out to physically locate the part on their site - just to ensure that she had it in hand. We decided that the fastest way to get it would be for us to pick it up, and went on a road trip to get there the next morning. Again, Julie was friendly, helpful, and just all around refreshing to deal with! We had the part installed and it works perfectly- and it was half of the price of other quotes we had received! Thank you for the impeccable customer service and all of your help!

How are you supposed to confirm the part numbers that are hidden ???. I understand if this was a generic part, but in my case i was looking for specific pn rather then " Radio "
