★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when you call no one can update an address, they dont leave any notices on delivery attempts and when calling about picking it up they werent sure if it was going to be there or they were sending it back.
will never order from walmart again if they continue to use this useless company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The evening customer service representative was very well trained by her boss. He has clearly done a great job training her made. She made the effort to call night before to make sure they would deliver the packages to the right place. Thanks for the effort!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery delayed stating due to ice. The roads are clear. Amazon was able to deliver, but not Loomis. They have one job, and can't do it. Help chat person was also unhelpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called their office number multiple times but cannot reach anyone. I have a package delivered from Ontario and the package was delivered to Surrey on April 19 but I still didn't get the package yet. Today is April 25, 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst parcel service in Canada (maybe in the world).
I thought purolator was bad, but these guys excel for their incompetence. Very rude on the phone. They claim to attempt deliveries and no effort to deliver, like using the buzz code to contact the recipient, just the easiest and sloppiest job, i.e. sticking the door knob on the mailing box so they can claim... we tried but you were not there. What's you're supposed to do sit tight outside and wait for them to come the whole day? Now I have to drive for one hour to pick this package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely abysmal service. Deliveries are usually late with little to no communication. It seems Walmart has a contract with them for deliveries in the Lower Mainland since many packages are shipped using Loomis. Loomis is by far the number 1 reason why I stopped ordering off Walmart.ca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from SportChek, missed three attempted deliveries, refused to leave it at the door of our condo building had to go from Abbotsford to Surrey to finally collect. I felt like Loomis made minimal effort to contact me when at our apartment with no ability to provide delivery instructions on their website. I am now bringing it back to sportchek to get refund as I no longer need the item. 2 stars for the pleasant and polite lady who retrieved my parcel on site even though she was working a terrible call from outside system that kept going to voice mail. I am sure Loomis are great if you are a company but shocking for residential

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Loomis driver that came to pick up my documents was an amazing gentleman! Went out of his way to ensure my package would get sent out that day. I messed up on the mailing label, he completely directed me on how to fix it give me 2 hours to redo it, then return to pick up my parcel !!!!
