1) Ease of reaching as it's just a seabus ride away .And the market is right next to the sea bus station in North Vancouver
2) Great views of downtown Vancouver
3) Market great for catching afternoon lunch and you get an awesome waterside view from the food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for the family, for dates, or just general hangouts. There is sort of a food court inside but it could use more seats. An alternative place is to eat outside by the water, which can be better depending on what your meal is. Definitely would visit again

The food court has many different choices for you plus almost all seats has good sea view to go with your meal. The market has fresh food and veggies. After you shop here, you can stroll around the Shipyards Square just minutes away. So many good coffee and restaurants there too.
