When politely asking to return an unsatisfactory food item my girlfriend and I were refused a refund on the item resulting in a humiliating public argument. After addressing the manager of The Lonsdale Quay Market about this conflict the Muffin Delight clerk lied to the Manager saying we had consumed over half of the product. Not happy being ripped off my money and made to look like a lying jerk. I do not recommend giving this particular kiosk your business.

A	Alex Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the store is good place to visit if you go to Lansdale quay marketing. I try their coffee, taste good. I have purchased muffin from them several times, my kids like their muffins very much. Store is small but neat, you may feel comfortable to shop at there.

They don't skimp on the bran either. I was quite full after eating about a quarter. I came back the next day to buy more. Looking forward to trying the cranberry orange bran!

I bought a milk tea but more than half of that was just ice and when I told to the lady she said " ok. ok " and went for the next customer. I think they believe every one who is in the quay market is tourist. They don't care about customer service. I am sorry for them
