★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally had a chance to drive down and check out this little shop. Wow does the jerky taste delicious. I tried to buy one in almost every flavour. Will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend stopping in and buying an armload of whatever you can find. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure what happened to my favourite jerky but it’s taken a turn for the worst. The meat is the same but the seasoning and the smoking is different. I’ve been buying the regular packs for more years than I can remember but that’s over I guess. The end to another era.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to look forward to Longview jersey. It was a staple in any road trip. I thought I just got an off batch last time, but here I am 2 years later spitting out a piece of the driest, grittiest, chalkiest meat I've ever tasted. Hope the dog likes his expensive treats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what happened to their jerky, I use to stop at this shop almost everytime I'd go out to chain lakes or something, but I recently bought their original beef jerky and it tastes terrible, fake, cheap and dirty. I don't get it. I'm about to wash it and re season it because for 22$ for a bag that like 100 grams smaller than what the bags use to be, I don't think I'll ever go back. I think someone took over that shouldn't have taken over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has a HUGE selection of jerky! Not only do they have a wide variety of flavours, but there is also the choice of having beef, bison, turkey, or venison. There are also gluten free options. The store is small so during Covid-19 there are only 4 customers allowed in at a time. Another good thing to know about this store is that one can order meat packs and they ship to you!
