Their rib eye steaks are awesome, all their skewers are delicious and so are the all beef dogs. Always courteous, friendly and informative. We recommend checking them out!!!

Found out all the meats they gave me was FROZEN with ICE BUILD UP on the meats. Called the store and complained about it. Lady on the other line said "well did you specifically ordered fresh meats?" Like really? Aren't they supposed to be fresh? I DID NOT ORDER FROZEN MEATS EITHER. We're VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!

All the steaks upfront looked amazing, but they sold me 2 half browned steaks with an off smell not fresh at all... time to find a new butcher. 7 years I've come here and I dont appreciate the deceptive tactics.

This trip definitely takes the cake. I mentioned to one of the staff that on my last visit I did not enjoy the steaks that I had purchased. They must have been a different batch then what they normally get and we're definitely not as high quality. To my surprise the gentleman came back and provided me with two steaks at no charge, when I told him that this was not my intention but simply feedback he said I'm not charging you no matter what lol Well I did not expect this level of service it is definitely appreciated. You can tell the staff genuinely care about their customers. Thanks so much guys see you next time...
L	Lianne Monette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I picked my 1st of 4 striploins the girl took the tray out of case. After that I couldn't get a look at what she was picking. And she made me feel rushed. When I got home 2 of the steaks were smaller and brown. I work in a butcher shop I always ask the customer to pick what they want from a tray they can see exactly what they are choosing. Unless they ask me to choose for them. I'm embarrassed that I'm having people for dinner tonight and I'll be serving sub par steaks to 2 of us. I specifically told her I wanted the steak as close to the same size as possible.
