★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I parked accidently where GPS Google took me at their parking lot visiting the adjacent car dealership that nothing separate between them except a line of grass. The car was an obvious car share with communauto label on it.
I came out at 9:08 p.m to find out that I was locked inside the parking lot. Gates were chained. No label or sign for an emergency contact number !
I looked desperately for a way out by calling emergency number 911. Thier office hoping to have an emergency extention. Called the other car dealership but they said they have zero communication with them and they don't know anyone.
Later, I saw some hope where the janitor cleaning inside and it was so obvious that all what I needed is to leave. I was completely ignored to an extent that I thought they might be sleeping inside and they don't have the key for the gate. They just used a hand signal that they can't help.
Please note that I had my tired young kid with me, and both we were looking around everywhere in the parking lot to find a light of hope to exist ...
I was desperately waiting for more than an hour to find a taxi or Uber to take us home then I can come back with a friend next day to pick up the car share to return it , which was the last resort:(
The janitor turned off the lights of the showroom then headed to their car leaving towards the gate....
Where they said that they couldn't open the gate for me!!!! Despite all what they have seen me running around with my son trying to go out.. !!!!
Just a question, what should I call this experience???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service department of this place is TERRIBLE. I had an electrical problem with my Journey and brought it in for a diagnostic. Turns out it would cost close to $700 to fix so my wife and I were trying to see what would be best. Charles Roy (the person that we were dealing with) was very impatient and pushy and told my wife that he told her to caller her three minutes ago and he had been waiting. I then spoke to him and he was very arrogant and disrespectful. We decided not to give any more money to this place so I went to pick up my car. As I was waiting for the bill to be printed, the attendant, Gilles went to pick it up from Charles and they started talking about me! Mocking me while I was in earshot! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Stay away from this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (forced to give at least on star) Director Mr. Derososiers very disrespectful and started screaming at me threatening to not sell me the car and cancel the contract of the car i waited 5 months for because he made a mistake on the price he sold me his car and i had to pay for the mistake he made by paying more per month than originally agreed. He did not honour our former agreement which was written by he himself in paper. They then re sold me the tag and anti rust which already was in the original price they had given me. Not honourable people. Avoid them
