★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website lies about the pre approval process. I filled out the form and got a message that someone would be in contact with me in 10 minutes. No one reached out to me so I called to find out the status. Spoke with a very nice woman who then proceeded to lie to me and tell me that they need my signature in order for them to see my credit score and that I would have to make a purchase first. Their own website says the opposite. Dishonesty is a sure fire way to lose me as a customer.

She went above and beyond to help me get documents for a car that I purchased more than 5 years ago with the dealership for a legal matter. She took efforts reaching various people also calling me couple of times to keep me updated. Your dealership is lucky to have a passionate employee like you.
In today's era dealership do not care about the customer once the car is out, but my experience with Mariam has resorted my faith in belief that there are still frontline employees that works passionately for the customers and it is not only about sale but also about service.
Keep up the great spirit Mariam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good buying experience and excellent customer service with Ritchy and they gave me a decent price to buy back my old car.
Edit: went from 5 stars to 3 stars after going through the delivery process.
Be aware of what’s included in your financing. They are quick to include a warranty and it’s complicated and time consuming to have it removed later if you don’t want it. We had to go back and forth for nearly 2 hours before they finally took it out.

Salesman was good and made arrangements to make us road test the vehicle the day of our visit and make everything happens as fast as possible since we didn’t have much time. We like the vehicle.
Although we specifically said the finance dept we didn’t want their 2 years warranty and their Insurance (witch added up to an insane amount), they still added the fees when we went to get the car and sign the paperwork! They had us wait a very long time to correct the paperwork afterwards. My advice: double check the paperwork because they will try to get what they want from you. Won’t recommend to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H Gregoire were very quick to react when first interested, but once we tried to contact them to follow up, it was near impossible as your call keeps getting transferred without anyone ever answering. The reception was extremely rude with us and we simply didn’t feel comfortable with the staff who was very pushy, short temper, and just rude. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your time with poor service and a company that’s only interested in your cash. 0 star
