My 2014 Focus had a battery issue. I called the service desk to see if said battery was under warranty and the employee said it was. I brought in my car expecting to have little or no cost to replace/or charge said battery. Ford Chartrand called 3 hours later saying my car starter was draining my battery and that it would cost approximately 400$ to change the battery. I refused and mentioned that the battery was supposed to be under warranty. They said that it was no longer under warranty due to the car starter -that I did not install, but had bought the vehicle with. They charged me over 200$ for "2 hours and 30 minutes" of work to "check my battery" and leave with the exact same problem I arrived with. I will never step foot in that establishment again and would advise anyone (especially women) to beware. I arrived with a problem and left with the same problem after having to pay an exorbitant amount of money. Very disappointing.

Chartrand Ford never disappoints! Been a client for +38 years. Dealt exclusively with Eugene (aka Gino) Since his sudden passing I wasn’t sure I could stay with Ford, HE is missed ALOT! . When I had problems with my car last year , Yves Lemaire and Marc Dubuc exceeded my expectations and here I am still loyal to Chartrand Ford! Buying my car at Chartand was quicker than going to McDonalds ? Customer Service (Marc L.) and the whole team at Chartrand is A+..

Horrible customer service. I brought in my car because it would go into shutdown mode (overheating) whenever my wife was in traffic. My mechanic said it was an issue with the radiator fan (wouldn’t turn on) but he didn’t have the right equipment to check it properly and to bring it to my dealer. They told me it was leaking coolant and that’s the issue (I later found out they weren’t able to duplicate the shutdown mode). Cost me 800$, they also mentioned that I was losing oil, but that that’s not a big deal and to just make sure to check it. My wife got stuck again 6 days later. Towed it to the dealership. This time they said it was because of the oil leak (cost 1000$). I told them what my mechanic had said and can they just check to see if there’s a miscommunication happening since it stalls whenever we’re stuck in traffic. They refused to do it unless the oil leak is fixed (even though I told them they could drive it or at least use their equipment to see what’s happening). So they didn’t do any work on it the second time, couldn’t even figure out what caused the problem, but we’re more than happy to charge me over $300 for the “diagnostic”. So I brought the car in, they couldn’t reproduce the stall, found the simplest reason, charge me money to fix it, then I bring it back, try to take over 1k from me for something that has nothing to do with the original problem, they don’t do ANYTHING, and still charge me money. Took it to another mechanic, he ran his tests, found the fuse was burnt, and fixed it and all I did was tell him what happened and he knew where to look. Something you’d think the “experts” at Ford would be able to do. Just avoid this place, unless your goal is to throw away your money and not see the problem solved.

I’m so happy with the service here, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, I was not their client, but after this last service this will be my to-go service dealership. They were honest from the start, honest to their price, the submission was very detailed and everything was explained with clarity. While waiting for my car I took a little tour in the showroom, and the marketing guy, even though he was not a sale representative, he really knew his stuff, taking care of me was not his job, he went out of his way to help me and guide me towards my next car. This just proves to me that everyone there know their stuff. If you want the best of Ford, Chartrand is the place to go. Very happy client here!

This dealership is not afraid to deal with your car, whether it is stock or modified. And the customer service agents I have dealt with over the past 2 years have been very helpful and understanding. Wait times can be long, but I've experienced this with all dealerships for all of my cars (Ford or not). Today they went above and beyond when I realized I forgot to mention I wanted my usual Full Synthetic oil upgrade. I was ready to reschedule when they surprised me and quickly changed the oil to the type I wanted. Not the first time they have done something like that for me. And so long as the service remains like this, I see no reason to go anywhere else for my car maintenance needs. It's too bad other dealerships don't work this way. Thank you, Merci!

Very nice staff - I’m not related I don’t think and work as the Internet Sales Manager for a Lexus Dealer in Florida- Found their dealer doing a google search and asked if they had anything I could put on my Ford F-250 - within a few days I received all kinds of goodies. Thanks again!!
