The service at the longlac inn & restaurant was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs (periodically coming by the Board Room to check with us). Numerous conference attendees commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the conference site.

J	Jess Vuyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped after hours of driving at 11:30pm. We were thankful for a place to stay and crash. Owner was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and we could tell had recent updates (flooring, bathroom) unfortunately the main hall areas reeked like cigarettes. Not stale old cigarette smell but fresh as if other patrons were smoking in the building. A big turn off when traveling with kids.

Rooms start at 75 a night which is inexpensive even for southern Ontario standards. Rooms are basic (as one would expect with a budget hotel) but the water pressure in the shower is top notch and the beds are comfortable. The usual noise levels during the day (unfortunate for me as I was working nights). No 24 hour front desk service and there is no restaurant.

The side of the box spring had huge stains on it, sticky cup rings on the counter, holes in bed spreads, old coffee grounds in the coffee maker…and the room had an odour to it that I can’t put my finger on. Booked elsewhere for trip home.

J	Julie Rivest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable, great customer service, very comfortable bed & good shower, the lighting, curtains and comforter could use a huge update and the walls could've been a little cleaner as there was a spill. I enjoyed using the new cute little Keurig mini. Also thought it was really funny how it looks like someone signed their initials on one of the paintings in the room (204), I'm pretty sure that isn't the original. Lol
