★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar to my other hotel review, giving five stars based on my understanding of Google ratings but I'd say this is a solid 3 star type hotel. A half star over the Super 8 hotel. Great bed, friendly staff. Would stay here again during a road trip.

Clean and quiet. Excellent hot breakfast.
Just be careful because the road entrance has a huge pothole.
Hopefully management will temporarily fill it with gravel until a proper fix can be done in spring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great BUT website while booking states hotel is pet friendly “Holiday Inn Express Dryden is a pet friendly hotel. Three pets under 60 lbs each, per room are allowed” yet when we got there we were told there were no pet friendly rooms at hotel. We figured something out but keep in mind they didn’t know why we would think it was pet friendly ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of parking space. There's access to the sides of the building so you don't have to travel far with your luggage going into your rooms. Nice beds. Customer service was great. The lady I talked to was friendly while making reservations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here on May 26,2022. At check-in the young gentleman was very personable and efficient. The entrance area was very neat and clean making us feel very comfortable. The room itself was a nice size and clean also. Not had breakfast but apparently they are back to pre-covid rules so I expect it to be very good. The only negative is that the exterior photos on their website don't do it justice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very comfortable stay. Satisfied with the level of cleanliness and COVID measures in place. Lots of sanitizer stations in place and the entrance has all the infection control items guests might needed, like masks and personal sanitizers. The breakfast and the coffee was good. They serve hot breakfast which was a delight (including pancake machine!) and check vaccine status for access to the buffet style continental breakfast. The linen and the towels felt fresh and clean. The rooms are carpeted but clean. Decent quality blow dryer and shower head that I don’t see often. The pillows were very comfortable; liked how the pillows were labeled as soft and firm. The staff was great, particularly the lady who helped with the breakfast.
I would suggest providing more options for tea in the room. There was just one tea bag provided. Those who ain’t big coffee drinkers might appreciate more options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a quick stop over at this hotel. Location is very accessible from the highway. Nice, quiet and clean. Breakfast is also not bad for hotel breakfast and the lady checking proof of vaccines is so nice and friendly, I really appreciated that she noticed I might need a bag to carry my stuff and offered it without me asking.
