There are great finishes that come standard so upgrading isnβt necessary. The price was one of the best in Calgary for new builds. Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish! Scott was showing an exceptional deal of professionalism, knowledge and patience when we were on the virtual tour of the building # 3 from Calgary to Toronto in last December.
