★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute losers, do not buy a thing from this company. I have the best lock that apparently can’t be serviced unless you are a commercial customer after normal business hours. Spoke to operator 1601 Maria who offered no solution or alternative phone number.
This company wants my family to sleep with unlocked doors this evening and would then have someone call me when they have time tomorrow???
What a joke!
Go out of business and do your CUSTOMERS a favor!

Helped me one time with an emergency key cut for my car which saved me from being stranded. Great service and extremely knowledgeable staff.

They are innovative in the way they handle our buildings. Unfortunately they have not offered residential after hours service for almost 20 years. I will continue to use this company as there are none that offer me the kind of service we expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went above and beyond. Needed a backup key for my bike and panniers and the blanks available were a bit short or difficult to copy in the machine. The solution involved a hacksaw and a manual copy. Still only charged me regular price in spite of all the extra effort.
Would recommend!

The guy is so rude, never got a chance to get my key cut because he told me he’s by himself and answering the phone is a job alone.
And by the way, it’s okay if you can’t do the job. Right manner towards your customer reflects your business. I said, I can wait until 30mins if that’s what is needed. But this dude was like doesn’t want to accept any job at all or maybe he doesn’t know what to do. Yeah, I remember he said he is by himself. Better yet close the door, put the sign “ sorry we’re close”. I just can’t get enough of bad experience here.
