Jerome was our technician for this job and he was the ultimate professional. He was friendly, explained everything he did and worked with our boiler company to get the parts needed. Would definitely ask for Jerome if you choose Ashton! That being said, whoever was our operator doing our bookings was a bit curt and rude. He called a few times for follow ups and seemed like he didn’t care. And frankly, one of the times he called, I don’t know why he bothered as we didn’t really discuss much and he essentially just hung up on me after about a minute. Overall, I would recommend Ashton. They know their stuff and do thorough work!

The search for the right heat pump units and installer took a lot of google, YouTube, experiences and advice from friends and family and online reviews to decide on Ashton Heating and Plumbing. Mo who first came to inspect answered most of my questions which bolstered the decision to give Ashton a go. 2 Mitsubishi ductless units and a huge compressor/condenser outside were installed by lead technician Jensen Gifford and assistant Matt O’Donnell with electricians on site and part of the whole package. Prompt, polite, courteous, mindful of the house’ cleanliness - they clean up after themselves after they were done. This is what excellence in service delivery is all about. Jensen took the time to explain the whole process from beginning to end and all questions were addressed, as well how to operate the machines for both heating and cooling. I would recommend both Ashton as a company and their highly professional staff led by Jensen Gifford and assistant Matthew O’Donnell.

We recently had a new furnace and exterior gas outlet installed by Ashton and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our initial experience and conversation with Mo, who assessed our needs and explained our options on site, was timely and professional. The install technicians were also well informed, pleasant and able to keep us up to date throughout the install. From the time we initially reached out to Ashton for service it seemed like there team was on it. One thing that is appreciated being in a townhouse (strata) is that the employees were dressed professionally in company attire and always courteous of our neighbours. We were updated regularly, information and was clear and concise and the outcome is better than we imagined. Thanks for the great service. One of my neighbours even commented a few days after the work was done: "you have the best and friendliest people working on your home" and I couldn't agree more.

Great service! On-time, honest and hassle-free. The tech was Jay, he was great to work with! He was super fast in diagnosing the issue and had our furnace going again in 10 minutes! He was also very helpful in answering my questions, provided sound advice, and didn't pressure me with any add on service (which can happen). Highly recommend Ashton!

Jensen was the leader on our project: replacing a 40 year old furnace with a high efficiency one, new thermostat and a new hot water tank. Jensen was very friendly, positive and a hard worker--long days! He also answered all our questions and explained everything along the way. We could tell he knew what he was talking about! Trevor came in on day 2 and we appreciated his hard work and expertise too--I think the hot water tank put up a bit of a fight! All-round a great experience on a project I was really dreading. They made it easy on us and cleaned up too! Thanks so much guys!

When our regular service provider was unavailable we contacted Ashton to service our Hi efficiency furnace and AC system.. From my first contact to conclusion I was impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and skill of this entire team. Jay, the technician arrived in a bright, shiny van wearing a smart uniform. He was refined, educated, obviously smart and very cordial. He worked diligently and proficiently; first identifying a small gas leak undetectable by bubble tester and completed the entire process , exhibiting a high level of skill. Not only was the work done well but they gave me a "special" promotional rate, even though I had not sought one. To correct the gas leak Jay had to turn off the gas at the shut-off and (probably due to my inquisitiveness and chatter) he omitted to relight the pilot of the gas water heater. As a result we had no hot water the following morning. However a phone call to their emergency service line resulted in a plumber being dispatched right away, despite it being a Saturday. The young man who had driven all the way from South Surrey presented, as had Jay. He was courteous, proficient and professional. It took him but a few minutes to light the boiler and all was well (despite my efforts to do the same earlier). There was no charge, of course for this call. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and its staff. We will use them exclusively in the future.; in fact they are scheduled to return to service the AC system as soon as the weather warms up. I categorically and unconditionally recommend them to anyone.

I was really impressed with the work that Ashton provided to install my Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump, from start to finish. Mo provided excellent insights and a competitive quote up front, and Eifion and Fergus were quick, friendly and very professional throughout. I am very pleased with the result. My only complaint is that their electrical sub-contractor, Moose Electrical, was sub-par, although the Ashton staff did a great job making up for many of Moose’s shortcomings.

We have had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed. The installation by Jensen and Eugene was superb. They're professional, courteous, know everything about heat pumps, and they engineered a solution for the limited space we had to work with. They're a great team and I recommend them enthusiastically.
