★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anytime I need anything done with my plumbing I only call these guys. I've never had any issues with them, I trust them in my house. They follow all COVID safety protocols, and are super friendly! My kids love them, and it's super affordable, considering I'm a single mother of 2 affordability is hard to come by. Love these guys! Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month the water heater from a rental unit stopped working after 17 years, and my tenant did not have hot water. I just phoned Lazar, he was very empathic with the situation and very responsive. He provided me with quick estimate with the help of a couple of pictures, he then just got in contact with the tenant, and replaced the water heater. This was great for me as I was out of town. And he was able to solve this problem for me and my tenants were happy that they had hot water quickly.
Since I was happy with his services, I contacted him again last week with a problem I had with my Garburator, and he was again very helpful in suggesting a couple of options on how to solve the problem, and he did it quickly, always on time, and efficient. Very happy to recommend him!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazar saved my life. I live in a house that's over 100 years old so the plumbing is worn down. My male roommate doesn't know the 4 square toilet paper rule so he's been using it by the fistfuls and our plumbing can't handle it. The toilet was clogged for a week! A friend of mine recommended this company and told me to ask for Lazar and he came down faster than any plumber I've ever had to deal with. I was an absolute nervous wreck about pricing (because my landlord wont pay for the whole thing) so not only did he arrive in a timely manner, he has the best customer service skills of anyone I've ever met. He calmed me down when I was crying thinking about all the bad possibilities AND it was affordable! I wish I could give Lazar specifically these 5 stars, and I hope I can cross paths with him again to get him a coffee or something to show my thanks. Best plumber you'll ever meet. Period.

He was organized, clean and displayed a great deal of professionalism. His customer service was great, he was patient with us and answered all our questions which ultimately set us at ease. I recommend Lazar from Altrex for all your plumbing and heating needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazar and his team are experts at their job and they know what needs to be done only with a few pictures. We had them replace our kitchen faucet and remove a garbage disposal. They did an awesome job on both.
No surprise that they are busy all the time as they provide a very good service. At the same time they do their best to prioritize emergency jobs and work around your schedule. They definitely care about their costumers and that's what makes them stand out. I definitely recommend them.
