He wasn't sure what he was doing and screwed up the key from the beginning but didn't let me know until an hour of waiting. However, the manager at that time didn't even provide him and guidance. He told me the trainee should have waited for the person who works on car key copies, but he was there the whole time beside him and had not said anything until he messed up the key. They only offered to pay me the amount I paid the for key but I will never got the hour I lost.

Being recommended as a first choice, they've proven to help avoid the risk of wasting time (being turned away from other smaller shops that combine too many services but done not as sufficiently).

I turned away and went to Wal Mart nearby, cut my key on the Minute M/C, fast and cheap. No more visit to the vendor!

Kevin did most of the onsite work. He was great to work with, and extremely respectful of the building (e.g., cleaned up everyday, followed the building's COVID-19 protocols, was willing to answer questions and assist residents, etc.). It has been a few months since they completed the work and the quality has proven to be excellent. I highly recommend!
