β β β β β Very fast and friendly service, called today want my new home's lock replaced. I was late 20 minutes because of traffic, the staff wasn't upset at all! Polite, fast, efficient, honest. I asked to replace the lock and he said re-keying will do the trick, saved me a lot of money. He even taught me how to re-key myself so that I don't need to pay him to do this next time!! Super friendly, I can't be happier.

β β β β β Thank you so much to Brian for helping over the phone. I called Accurate Security and Brian responded back right away. He helped guide how to to fix/open the lock from the inside over the phone and advised the most cost effective way to fix it. Fortunately we were able to get out with his advice without him needing to drill the lock open. Saved us a service visit. Thanks again!

β β β β β I am very happy with the service I received from Accurate Security. I had sent an email requesting a quote for opening a safe and received a response right away. When I was shopping around just to see what other places were charging, it was at least double what Accurate quoted me. I quickly emailed & phoned asking when the next available day was to get my safe opened and they were able to come the next morning. I am so grateful for the fast and friendly service received! I definitely recommend using this company!

β β β β β We were very pleased with your employee Sean who attended to our door lock issues at our house. He has a very professional manner and very personable. He had been here once before to change locks on our exterior doors and the same applied. He is very knowledgeable and very efficient!!

β β β β β I work at a local business, and we had an attempted break in, which failed due to a few factors, but we called these guys in. They got to the store within an hour of calling, they didnβt have the parts so had to come back.
Different guy shows up a bit later, Cary was awesome.
Very friendly and did a great job, communicated everything that was getting done and any details, let me test the key to make sure it felt right to me.
Would 100% recommend, specially if you ask for Cary.

β β β β β Worst service. My garage was broken into and the alarm did not even go off. When I
called to advise them their system had failed the very rude lady on the phone said "well we are not an insurance company what do you want me to do about it" what kind of response is that. I pay for a service I am not even getting because they used inadequate equipment and did the least amou lont of work possible so I would sign their contract. So now my stuff is stolen from my garage and they stole my money for a system that does not work and did not keep my home safe. After my items were stolen they sent someone to check the equipment...after?? I would not recommend anyone use this company and look for a more repudable company that will recommend the proper quality equipment before your home is burglarized.

β β β β β Their Asian Driver (Mercedes Metris Van) is one of the worst agressive drivers i have ever seen in my life. I would have called the police on him but he was lucky i was not able to get the number plate.

β β β β β Not a good look to have someone in a company van aggressively tailgating and cutting people off during rush hour traffic. Watched this guy do it 4 or 5 times in a row (me included). Seems like an incredibly unprofessional company.
