β β β β β I had an amazing experience with a guy named Justin helping me. I needed a tire change due to a buldge in my tire and they didn't have tires my size. They got the tires transfered from another store and on my car in less that 2 hours. Thanks again for all your help.

β β β β β After a visit from Mr Lube in Burnaby, I was told my flat tire was unrepairable and that I would have to purchase two new tires for $400. I drove to Kal Tire instead and got my tire repaired within 30 minutes. The gentlemen here are professional and are at a much higher expertise than Mr. Lube. I will come again for any maintenance that I need for my vehicle in the future.

β β β β β Very friendly manager. He helped us choose tires and book our install. Install was done promptly and tires were balanced while we waited. The store and washrooms were very clean. Would visit again and would recommend.

β β β β β Thought I had a embedded screw in my tire. Got brought right in, they checked it out and screw must have came out while driving, was just the broken head or something embedded.
They checked all tires for leaks, found nothing, sent me on my way without charge.
It was a pleasant experience and I said I would give out a positive review so here it is.

β β β β β Bud experience with Kal Tire new Westminster customers service not good.... zero Star. what a experience .. simple tire installation for mud tires to A/T ko 2 tire but they disposed my old Tire with out calling the customer..my tire are missing.. ... thanks Kal Tire your the best......

β β β β β Extremely disappointed and will never be going back to Kal-tire because of the service Iβve received from this location. I have been a loyal customer the last seven years at this specific location. Year after year the service and customer service has steadily declined. Without a doubt, every time I bring my vehicle in for a simple oil change or tire change over I receive a call that the mechanics have found something wrong and cannot proceed without fixing it. On average, my vehicle usually ends up being in the shop for 5+ hours and at the end I am left with a $500-1500 bill. Today was a tire change over, without alignment, that ended up costing $550 dollars. Itβs hard to fathom that every time I visit (typically 4-5 times a year) a wheel bearing needs replacing. Save your money and take your vehicle somewhere where people actually care and donβt hose you for every dime. If I could give them a zero star rating I would.

At the time of my needs, I had many doubts. I spoke with an agent on the phone and he was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He was accurate in his quote of costs, and was as specific as possible about problems that might arise.
Then they were able to get my car into their shop quickly and complete the works with excellent quality and speed.
The problem that did occur was resolved with ease and minimal cost.
The final result is that my car now performs better than it ever has.
