I HIGHLY recommend them for anything with a key (cars, motorcycles, commercial or residential) On my latest visit, they figured out the problem wasn't a worn out key but a grimy ignition. They cleaned it up and sent me on my way.......no charge! Everytime I go in, I am amazed by what they are able to do. Whether it's making a copy of a key that was broke in half or figuring out chipped keys, they always get it right. I can't say enough good things about them! I would give more than 5 stars if I could ?

My vw car key broke at Mt Seymour they fully explained that the vehicle needed to be in the shop in order to fix it rather than have a mobile tech come out due to the car brand. Would most definitely recommend them and very trustworthy!

The situation was rather urgent as I'm sure several of their calls are but this didn't stop dispatch from doing their best to help. They were able to send a tech over who couldn't have been better suited for the task. Allister was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Plus, he gained access to my place in minutes. I went to Toyota dealers and they were unable to retrieve my key code because my car was too old (31 years)... I was glad I went to West Coast for help; in no time they had identified the key code and had recreated my keys. Apart from recreating my keys, they took an extra step lubricating all my locks. Now all my locks have been rejuvenated and I am confident all my locks/keys are solid. ? Everything professionally done and reasonably priced!

The crew at West Coast Locksmiths were able to take a look and even pick a couple of my roof rack locks on the car I drove in, right then and there, on a Friday at 3pm. I left one rack there, and by the following Monday morning at 9:30, they had custom-ground a key that was waiting for me! Wickedly fast, very nice folks and I got the vibe that they truly cared about your business and wanted to help. Give them a try, they’ve certainly found the key to their success ;)
