Staff is very helpful in terms of finding the right products for you.
Prices are decent
My first vape shop.
And been going for a year and a half now after trying a few others.
I haven't went to other vape shops since. These people have it all. Information, selection, pricing, and of course TRUE customer service.
Oh and I'm glad that they fixed their rodeo bar stools for customers. That was funny.

โ โ โ โ โ If youโre looking for a good vape shop then youโve found it! This place has a HUGE selection with honestly the BEST staff I have ever met! Iโm not a people person but these people have to be the best people Iโve met. The owner (Bob) is extremely kind and very knowledgeable about anything relating to vape products. The workers there are also SO nice. If you need a regular vape shop I 100% recommend this place. If I could give it more stars I would!!!!

The time they take to help you find what you need, what works best for you and to fine tune your taste for the many different juices they have. Iโve had nothing but great things to say and have recommended them to many different people who are looking for a new Vape Shop. Great job guys and gals, keep up the great work.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought a Vape about 2 weeks ago and it seems like the vape was faulty and leaking. I went in there without a receipt and the gentleman with glasses gave me a full replacement for the Pod and coil (w/ a full tank of juice) at no charge. He also gave me great tips on how to properly care and clean the vape as well (he was very knowledgeable). Honestly one of the best customer experiences I've had, if not THE best. He spent a good amount of time cleaning the vape as well which showed to me that he was really trying to help. Anyway, I just wanted to give a shoutout to the people there at Clouds and I would highly recommend this place to new and experienced vapers. Check these guys out if you havent!!!!

Store is very disorganized and some what messy.
The staff seem pretty lazy. For the amount of times I have come in to see them on their phones watching YouTube you would think there wouldnโt be any boxes out or stuff scattered throughout.

โ โ โ โ โ This place is definitely a must for vapers. I found it whilst searching for a vape store close by my work. The staff are always very helpful and willing to find the right product for you. I spent a good 15 minutes trying different flavours and the guy was more than happy to help! My go to spot for vape juices and accessories!
