β β β β β I had some exhaust work that needed done over the summer and due to some faulty after-market mufflers I had to return to LSTA a few times. While having to return was frustrating, Heather and team always fit me in, including recently when I had botched a scheduled appt. What began as a negative experience became a very positive one thanks to these folks!

What started as a simple spring tire installation morphed into needing a tire puncture repaired. The team responded to our needs promptly with no hassle. LSTA has a great word of mouth reputation in the neighbourhood and we will be sure to add our praise as well. We'll be back!

β β β β β Honest honest honest. Will not go anywhere but here for all my mechanical needs. These guys now their stuff. Had the clip for my brake pad corrode to early and new the exact reason why it happened. I wash my car maybe too much and water seeped in and corroded the clip. Thanks for the fix and great FAST service. I went in Thursday. Sam said bring it first thing Friday done by noon.

They are unreservedly polite, efficient, intelligent, highly competent, honest, efficient, and flexible. They make good recommendations, explain every repair and on the rare occasion when they cant fix something the first time, keep coming at it until they get it. Heather, James, Patrick and all others are the best!
