★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrêmement déçu, ils n'ont pas voulu revenir le samedi pour installer le chapiteau. Nous avions réservé près d'un mois à l'avance et le patron semblait se foutre de notre situation. Aucune accommodation possible pour que nous puissions avoir le chapiteau pour notre événement. Quel mauvais service. Les employés ont été attentionnés, mais le patron est à éviter.
Extremely disappointed, they did not want to come back on Saturday to install the marquee. We had booked almost a month in advance and the boss seemed to give a damn about our situation. No accommodation possible so that we can have the marquee for our event. What a bad service. The employees were attentive, but the boss should be avoided.

Lors de notre mariage, nous avons fait affaire avec eux et avons reçu un chapiteau couvert de trous tandis qu'il annonçait de la pluie. J'ai donc pris la peine de contacter le propriétaire afin de lui faire part de la situation et ce dernier me dit qu'il ne pouvais rien faire, qu'on pouvait "patcher les trous" et qu'il nous compenserait pour les matériaux achetés.
Nous étions en planification de mariage, alors inutile de vous dire que je n'étais pas très content... Je me suis entendu avec lui pour un remboursement partiel qui devait m'être envoyé par chèque et j'ai accepté tout de même de "patcher les trous", vu que nous étions assez serré dans le temps.
C'était en 2019, nous sommes en 2020, je n'ai toujours eu aucunes nouvelles et obtenu aucuns remboursements. Mes appels l'été dernier ont tous étés ignorer et le propriétaire n'a pas respecter ses engagements. Je suis très déçu et bien entendu, j'ai abandonné.
I do not recommend anyone to use the rental services of my tent. During our wedding, we did business with them and received a marquee covered with holes while it announced rain. So I took the trouble to contact the owner to inform him of the situation and the latter told me that there was nothing he could do, that we could "patch the holes" and that he would compensate us for the materials bought.
We were planning a wedding, so needless to say that I was not very happy ... I agreed with him for a partial refund which should have been sent to me by check and I still agreed to "patch the holes", since we were tight enough in time.
It was in 2019, we are in 2020, I still had no news and got no refunds. My calls last summer were all ignored and the owner did not honor his commitments. I am very disappointed and of course I gave up.
