Excellent service and the guy is taking good time to explain. They only charge me two hours for my use contrary to the previous review. I recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bon service mais malhonnête quand on appel pour le prix. Il ne parle pas du 10% d'extra à payer pour une assurance obligatoire. Ceci fait qu'il sont plus cher que la moyenne. J'aurai appris avec cette seul visite.
Good service but dishonest when calling for the price. He is not talking about the 10% extra to pay for compulsory insurance. This makes it more expensive than the average. I will have learned with this single visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Derniere fois que je loue a cet endroit. Le commis ne connaissant pas l'équipement ne nous a pas informés des problèmes Une location qui devait prendre 2hrs a coûter 24hrs. J'ai du aller deux fois la faire reparer et a m'a indiqué que c'était ca le prix. Pas de compréhension de leur part. Ils m'ont dit que ca fait 40 ans qui sont en affaire et qu'il etait indifférent a la situation. J'ai perdu 2hrs.5 de deplacement et attente pour reparer leur trancheuse qui date de quelques décennies. J'ai fait perdre le temps de plusieurs personnes qui m'aidaient cette journée là.

Last time I rent at this place. The clerk, who does not know the equipment, did not inform us of the problems. A rental which was supposed to take 2 hours cost 24 hours. I had to go twice to fix it and told me that was the price. No understanding on their part. They told me that it's been 40 years in business and that he was indifferent to the situation. I lost 2hrs.5 of displacement and waiting to repair their trencher which dates from a few decades. I wasted the time of several people who were helping me that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ces gars sont des voleurs. Louer ailleurs. Ne jamais dire oui quand ils demandent si vous voulez laisser le paiement sur votre carte de crédit. Je suis retourné l'unité pleine de gaz, manquant peut-être 300 ml du maximum absolu du réservoir, puis ils ont facturé $6 supplémentaires de gaz. De plus, ils ont ajouté un supplément de 10% de frais dédommagement qui n'a jamais été divulgué.
These guys are thieves. Rent elsewhere. Never say yes when they ask if you want to leave payment on your credit card. I returned the unit full of gas, missing maybe 300ml of the tank's absolute maximum, then they charged an additional $ 6 of gas. Additionally, they added an additional 10% restitution fee that was never disclosed.

Prix sont beaucoup trop élevés qu'ailleurs, et comme si ce n'était pas assez, ils profèrent des menaces, que si l'outil n'est pas propre à leur goût lors de son retour, ils vont charger 200 $ de plus pour son nettoyage. Non, je n'y retournerai plus jamais !
Arrogance. To rent equipment, they require the credit card. Otherwise nothing ! Prices are much too high than elsewhere, and as if that wasn't enough, they make threats, that if the tool isn't fit to their liking when it comes back, they'll charge $ 200 more for its cleaning. No, I will never go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ j’ai louer une scie à eau 40 po pour faire de la céramique 32 po et la scie allais très mal coupe non d’équerre et pas belle la scie m’a scrapper une coupe de céramique 50$ la copies et m’a journée avec mon employé…ils on rien voulu savoir et encore moin la tester devant moi alors que j’avais ma propre céramique.
ils sont pas professionnels et laisse aucun bénéfice du doute à un client fidèle de plusieurs années….
très décevant.

I rented a 40 '' wet saw to make 32 '' ceramic and the saw was going very badly cut not square and not beautiful the saw me scraped a ceramic cut $ 50 a copy and day me with my employee… they didn't want to know anything and even less test it in front of me when I had my own ceramic.
they are unprofessional and leave no benefit of the doubt to a loyal customer of many years….
very disappointing.
