Celui-ci n'a pas régler mon problème.
Je ne recommandes pas si vous avez des racines dans vos égouts. Il n'y a aucun remboursement.
I rented a tool that I was advised for the job I mentioned; a manual sewer trap.
This did not fix my problem.
I don't recommend if you have roots in your sewers. There is no refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA bonne place à aller. Personnel courtois et très compétents. Très bon service. Le service de réparation est A1. Diagnostic rapide, réparation rapide et qui dure. Prix plus que raisonnable. Côté location ils conseillent très bien et ils ne veulent pas juste louer quelque chose, ils veulent te louer le ou les bons outils ou équipements pour la job à faire selon le besoin.
THE good place to go. Courteous and very knowledgeable staff. Very good service. The repair service is A1. Fast diagnosis, fast and lasting repair. More than reasonable price. On the rental side, they advise very well and they don't just want to rent something, they want to rent you the right tool (s) or equipment for the job to be done as needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my lawnmower for a blade sharpening and "tune up". I had a feeling something was wrong, when I noticed the owner couldn't look me in the eye when I was asking questions....I told him I'd like the pull cord changed, all fluids, air filter, plugs etc.
Upon pickup, I'm presented with a bill of $109.00! For just changing the spark plug, oil, and a blade sharpening.....My request for cord and air filter change was completely ignored.....
When I told him I believed the price was to high, he immediately hot aggressive and argumentative. ....telling me "Well...What do you want to pay then?"....I said $40.00 for a plug and oil. He took it and kept yelling at me on my way out.....
My advice.....I'm sure he's technically competent to repair, but make sure you specify every item on your work order otherwise he'll burn you.
His customer service and relations are a joke. ....
In conclusion.....I wouldn't write such a bad review if he had just acted like a gentleman and businessman instead of a spoiled brat. If he just would of been fair instead of trying to gouge as much money as possible I would of just said thank you and been on my way. But no.....he had to be an A hole.
