★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a fait affaire avec Grue Guay en octobre 2019 et on a reçu la facture avec un supplément de $1000 . Il faut faire attention aux pièges dans leurs soumissions qui les justifient comme étant des frais exigés par la leurs sous traitants et qu'ils ne peuvent pas avoir le contrôle dessus. Je pourrai comprendre un écart de 10% entre la soumission et la facture mais pas le tier ou le double.
Le directeur des ventes a considéré sa discussion avec moi comme étant une perte de temps car il pourrait prendre rendez vous avec de nouveaux clients.
Finalement les frais de la grue et du grutier étaient pareils aux frais de la signalisation, est ce normal.......
We did business with Grue Guay in October 2019 and we received the bill with an extra $ 1000. Care must be taken to avoid pitfalls in their submissions that justify them as fees charged by their subcontractors and that they can not control them. I will be able to understand a difference of 10% between the bid and the invoice but not the tier or the double.
The sales manager considered his discussion with me as a waste of time because he could make an appointment with new customers.
Finally the costs of the crane and the crane operator were similar to the costs of the signaling, is this normal .......
