★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. We’ve been getting the runaround now for 12 days trying to get our propane filled. Now we’re on the verge of running out, and still getting the run-around about why they can’t come. (Broken truck, bad weather etc) This isn’t the first time it’s taken them weeks to come fill our tank. With all the suppliers around, so yourself favour and choose someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had them remove their tank from my home outside and they left the gas line with no cap exposed to possible debris. When i called the technician he said and i quote " it is not in our mandate to cap the line". So sad how these are suposed to be qualified professionals. You must always cap the line so no dust, bugs or debris will enter the gas system to avoid future issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My propane ran out this past Saturday and I called their emergency line and the owner Joe answered. I explained that it was an important weekend for us and we couldn't be left without our stove and oven running and he said he would try and get one of his drivers to come in if possible.
He called back shortly after and said he couldn't find anyone but he would go pick up a truck and drive over to deliver the propane to me personally.
I don't know too many companies that would offer that level of service. If I could offer 6 stars I would. Thanks Joe!
