On a prit le temps de m'expliquer le fonctionnement, tout le monde était bien gentil et drôle ! Although there was a lot of customers during my visit, everything was very fast! We took the time to explain the operation, everyone was very nice and funny!

Après 30min la hosse hydrolique s'est brisée. On a contacter la compagnie et on nous dit qu'ils s'occupent de faire un appel de service et qu'on nous rappel pour avoir les détails du bris. On a dû rappeler à 10h car personne ne nous faisait de suivi, on apprend qu'un dossier est ouvert et qu'un mécanicien sera sur place bientôt. Le mécanicien est arrivé à 11h. Bien sûr il doit finir la réparation au garage et nous dit qu'il reviendra après son dîner. Le problème a été régler a 15h. Le service client n'est vraiment pas leur fort. On a dû demander de rattraper les heures perdues, ils ne nous l'offrait pas. Ils nous ont finalement offert d'extensionner la location de 7h supplémentaire pour la durée perdue avec le bris. Ils nous confirme que la location se poursuit sans frais jusqu'au lendemin 15h. Arrivé au lendemain, personne ne viens chercher la dite machine. On appel et ils nous disent que c'est notre faute. Nous devions appeler à 15h pour les aviser que nous avions terminé...ok? Ce n'est pas ce qui avait été convenu la veille.. On nous dit qu'ils ne peuvent pas facturer à l'heure, donc une journée supplémentaire nous sera facturé. Très mauvaise expérience, les équipements ne sont pas bien entretenu, à cause de leur bris ça va nous avoir coûté une journée de plus! Arnaque, à éviter. We rented a Kubota for a day. They tell us that the machine will be delivered by 7 am but they arrive at 8 am. After 30min the hydraulic hose broke. We contacted the company and we were told that they were in charge of making a service call and that we were called back to have the details of the breakage. We had to call back at 10am because no one was following up on us, we learn that a file is open and that a mechanic will be on site soon. The mechanic arrived at 11 a.m. Of course he has to finish the repair at the garage and tells us he will be back after his dinner. The problem was resolved at 3 p.m. Customer service is really not their strong suit. We had to ask to make up for lost hours, they did not offer it to us. They finally offered to extend the rental by an additional 7 hours for the time lost with the breakage. They confirm to us that the rental continues free of charge until the next day 3 p.m. Arrived the next day, no one came to pick up the said machine. We call and they tell us it's our fault. We had to call at 3pm to let them know we were done ... ok? This is not what had been agreed the day before. We are told that they cannot invoice by the hour, so we will be charged an extra day. Very bad experience, the equipment is not well maintained, because of their breakage it will have cost us an extra day! Scam, to be avoided.
