★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai réservé une échelle de 32 pieds, j'ai obtenu une 40 pieds car ils l'avaient loué quand même et j'ai été facturé 2 fois pour la transaction sur ma carte de crédit. Je devrai donc entamer des démarches pour faire annuler la deuxième transaction.
 I booked a 32 foot ladder, I got a 40ft because they rented it anyway and I was charged 2 times for the transaction on my credit card. I will have to take steps to cancel the second transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai eu toujours du bon service des employés , mais la dernière fois j'ai eu affaire avec le patron du magasin et je peux dire qu'il a aucun sens du service aux clients. Extremement décu et non professionnel. Ne respect pas les engagements pas telephone et ne dit meme pas un mot excuse. Je ne recommande pas faire affaire avec lui si vous y aller.
I always had good service from the employees, but last time I dealt with the store's boss and I can say he has no sense of service to the customers. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional. Do not respect the commitments not phone and do not even say a word excuse. I do not recommend doing business with him if you go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porte pas de masque entre eux et n'y entre les clients. Ils dises ne pas être oubligé de le porté. Très arrogant avec aucun sourire n'y de bonjour a l'arrivée.
Do not wear a mask between them and do not between customers. They say they don't have to wear it. Very arrogant with no smile on arrival.

Dommage...
Mais la personne sur place était très courtoise
I took the trouble to call for the price of a tool specifying the work to be done and returned on site it cost me almost double.
Pity...
But the person there was very courteous

I rented a small hydraulic shovel there. The manager took all the time necessary to explain the operation of the device to me. He would have made a good teacher! He advised me well and allowed me to be confident. To recommend.
