★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give no stars if possible. Despite starting early and having experience securing mortgages, LiveWell pulled out at the 11th hour, costing us thousands of dollars to get an extention. Pauline's lack of expertise and professionalism makes it impossible to recommend her or this organization. Luckily we were able to secure a mortgage with an amazing Broker who is very easy to work with.
