As a first time home buyer, especially in this market, the process of purchasing your first home is daunting. Brad made it a not-so scary process and for the first time I actually felt like I was making the right decision and wasn't completely crazy for wanting to purchase my first home in this market. He's personable and easy to talk to. While those might not be qualities you necessarily need in a mortgage broker, they definitely made me feel more comfortable and overall helped to make it a very pleasant experience.
