She's devoted,commited and hardworking and it shows in the children that attend little treasures downtown. She makes the children's Day and her leadership is outstanding with staff and parents of little treasures. The daycare along with the manager and staff help children grow to become an important part of todays generation.
K	Klaus Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS DAYCARE. They overcharged me +$600 and I had to wait for 6 months until they figured out their mistake. If I hadn't complained for 6 months, I would have lost that money. 1. great location if you work downtown. That is all. 2. If you could get a hold of anyone by phone or email, consider yourself lucky. Try again to see what happens.. 3. I received pictures of my daughter when she was in the smaller kids room (until 18 months old). Once she moved to the other room, she was always playing by herself on the corner, always cried when I left her in the daycare and the only picture I received through the app was of another kid. 4. I had to fight for 6 months to get my money back. They used my deposit in the first month, before we even started with their services, then kept charging me extra for service not provided. I am glad that I had everything sent by email. Dates I started and Ended the contract. 5. They don't know how to make calculations or simple math. I am not sure if they have an accountant to make calculations. I showed them all the calculations and how much I should have been charged and they kept neglecting it, giving a different excuse every time. 6. The issue was only resolved after 6 months when I said I was going to seek legal advice. Then they finally saw they were wrong... 6 months and +$600 of overcharges...no communication and worst management ever.

The staff are great, I like that there are different activities every day - today was dinosaur day and she made dinosaur prints and dressed in a dinosaur tail! The food is varied and interesting as well, very high recommended.

The teachers are fantastic and have really bonded with the kids. The older kids go on some field trips like the zoo and prince's island park which they get quite excited about. Plus 15 connected makes it easy to walk to work after drop-off in the winter.

My daughter is always talking about her friends and her teachers at home and is always excited to go to daycare! The communication is excellent- we get photos throughout the day and are able to see how much she has eaten and long she has slept for. I am so happy my daughter goes to Little Treasures- she has really thrived in their program.

I like that they send pictures throughout the day. He comes home with lots of art projects and sings us all the new songs he has learned at daycare. We have been potty training and it has not gone as smoothly as I thought it would but they have been most helpful continuing to encourage him and never demanded that we go back to diapers even with lots of accidents. I've recommended this place to our friends!
