This day care is unclean and not spacious. I took my son off from there after 4 months..Staff is rude specially director of the day care has no clue what is going on..She doesnt care.I caught the teacher was yelling other two little boy..She was screaming at them so badly :( I complained about the teacher but the director didn't believe me.This is not professional. She told me that she is here about 5 years and very nice person.I really feel sorry for who goes to this day care families should be cautious.Don't leave your little ones here.

Yesterday I visited this organization in the later part of the morning, the exterior of the building was run down, sidewalks were not swept of snow, the lock on the front gate was broken. The main entrance was dark and dingy, the lady that greeted me looked like she worked in the laundry room with her smock on. She wasn't very friendly even though she called me "honey" and "lovey". She wanted to know more about my child asked if the rates were reasonable etc. I preferred to have a tour first and then make a decision. The Menu plan consisting of some hot dogs, cheese whiz, processed meats (she told me was the 4 food groups) was produced by the cook who'd been there for the last 5 years (which btw was the longest out of any staff). The kitchen looked clean but it was quite small for the amount of kids in the facility. She lead me downstairs and this is where the smell began, even though all the doors were closed. It was thick in the air - she noticed it also. The toddler room (before 3 yo) held 28 kids, they were trying to start their nap at the time and were on mats on the floor. There was one women in the room. The room was dingy, the windows were small and the natural light was practically non-existent. The smell was horrible, the women told her to leave the door open to air the room and make sure none of the kids got out. The garbage cans were over flowing at this front door, the washrooms were not clean, the garbage can in the washrooms was also right full to over flowing. The stalls were old and run down. I asked where the kids ate lunch - she said in this same room. It wasn't clean, some of the kids were still awake (the women was loud and talking to some kids while some of the other were trying to sleep - not being kind or respectful of nap time). The smell was bad! It wasn't a pleasant experience, I felt bad for the kids - there was no pride in the workers, it felt like she was trying to hide something. The kids seemed okay but what choice do they have? I do not recommend this place. For the money almost $1000 per month (so in the under 3 yo) per 28 kids ($28,000) they spend no money on the place and have no pride. It was disgusting, dirty and dingy.

My daughter has gone to Little Flower for the past 6 months (started at the age of 12 months). We have been very happy with the care and it has been a very positive experience. In the baby room, there were 4 children, and now in the toddler room (up to 2.5 years old), there are 6 children. The caregivers have been excellent and seem to really care about the kids.

The daycare providers here really love the children. They treat my child incredibly well, and she loves going to daycare. They provide home made meals through the day and help the children learn many different skills. They teach the children about other cultures and traditions, and I'm very happy knowing my child gets to spend their time here. It may not be fancy and there may not be ipads to check your kids in every day, but these people treat my child as one of their own, and I'd much rather that than a fancy, overpriced facility.

Our daughter went here right after mat leave until she started kindergarten. The best attribute of this daycare is the staff. Everyone of them cares about the kids and it shows. My daughter came home happy and educated. She entered kindergarten far ahead of her peers in letters and math. There are some reviews about the age of the building and while it's an older building it doesn't seem to affect the quality of the care. The style is more conservative (no webcams or computers) which suited our parenting style. Would highly recommend.

My niece comes to this daycare. When I pick her up, the staff are always friendly. She loves coming to the centre and I can tell she is happy being there.

This childcare center is an absolute gem! New management has really spruced up the place! The Reno's look great, it always smells like home cooking in there, and I especially like the school run availability. This 5 star establishment is truly one of the best childcare centers around! Thank you nicole and team for a great experience!
