★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. I had a groupon and my appointment was quick and no hassle about the groupon. I showed up early and got in. She did a partial highlights and cut. I was happy with the purchase and experience. I will be back and would encourage others to visit as well.

Terrible customer service !!! Booked once and had to cancel because my daughter was terribly sick . Booked again for 2 weeks ahead and called the next day after booking to ask if they would honor the Groupon sale, I was told to cancel and buy the Groupon so they can book me in for January. 40min later I got a call back saying not to call back and they won't be offering their services because apparently cancelling twice is not allowed.....
What a joke . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TO BOOK THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL
( although the response claims I booked and canceled twice that is not true, it was once and I called 24h before as my daughter was extremely seek, it's not like I had enough notice for a sick child.. that's a pathetic way of dealing with a new customer ! )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom went to get a haircut yesterday, she has shorter hair and only wanted a trim. This lady put the most choppy layers in her hair calling it "texture" after saying she wasn't going to put layers in her hair because it's very fine and relatively short. After she finished, (like other reviews here) she blow dried her hair and blew the ends out with a round brush so my mom couldn't tell until she starightned it. Then charged her 50$ .... save your money and your hair
