(Shaved smoked ham, aged comte cheese, roasted apple + thyme aioli, arugula), from the first bite the taste was delicious! Go support your local eats people! They should change their name to Little Fast & Fresh, Big Taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered this spot last year and would come by every time I was in town … but now I just moved to Okotoks and am having a hard time not coming everyday for the Banh Mi. It’s so delicious, the quality of the ingredients is noticeable. My kiddo loves the grilled cheese. Their coffee is also on point!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place. Everything is always fresh - they don't try to sneak in veggies that are past their prime. Friendly staff, clean, please realize because its fresh you sometimes have to wait a few minutes when busy - worth it and you can order ahead online.

It's tucked in the tiny group of stores behind the Shell Garage close to the train crossing, and is a little awkward to get to (the entrance is from the road parallel to the rail tracks) which is why I've probably missed it. Anyway, my son recommended it 'cause he's turned into a healthy-eating freak / gym nut and I like to make fun of him for it but he made me try it and I'm glad he did.
He likes the Tofu scramble and will never know that I pinched a bit to try, I had the breakfast burrito wrap and it was very tasty and you could tell it was all fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked eggs. Quite a decent size too so well worth an upgrade from a McFastFoody type breakfast for barely much more.
The rest of the menu items looked interesting and sounded appetizing so I'm going to try some of them. The online ordering worked well so it was ready to pick-up and avoid waiting.
