The lighting is beautiful and we love it. The customer service is exceptional! Before COVID 19, we ordered a modern beautiful glass lighting pendant. When it arrived, two pieces of glass were accidently damaged. Ms. Ping Ye helped us ordered the glass immediately, and she kept in touch with us to update the progress even when the store is closed. We appreciate the excellent customer service in this store and definitely we will recommend it to our friends and we will shop here again!

My husband and I decided to visit Lite Mode after a recommendation from a friend since we had to order all the light fixtures for our new house. The showroom has a large selection, however we wanted to take our time to shop around and also look on their website (huge selection). We compared prices online with Lite Mode. When I asked Ping, our specialist staff who was very pleasant to work with that I’ve seen lowered prices online, she willingly matched it. She also consulted with me about another item that was similar to one we really liked, but it was discontinued. Another thing that I liked about Ping was her attentiveness. She noticed that we were looking at a few fixtures at the store that were from the same designer line (we did not know that) and showed us a book to flip through. Although we ended up not ordering from that line, she never pressured us and offered her help if we needed anything or had any questions. I really like this customer service experience, especially when shopping with a baby! Ping is pleasant, patient and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience shopping at Lite Mode and I will purchase from them again, as well as recommend them to my friends. We are very excited about our lights and hopefully there won’t be any delays! I would highly recommend her to help you!

I have now purchased several lighting fixtures from Litemode. Our Lighting Specialist Ping Ye has been absolutely amazing to work with, and she has picked out pieces that have made our rooms stunning! Our latest purchase was a beautiful chandelier to compliment our dining room. I highly suggest visiting Litemode and specifically working with Ping Ye!

I went with my friends few weeks to purchase some lighting for her house and definitely the Asian assistant manager has the worst customer service. She came from nowhere and behaved like she has the most power in the office. The first day we came, she was the first one had eye contact with us but DID NOT even greet us. Not even a single words then we decided to talk to the second lady, sitting next to her and she is extremely nice and helpful, she understands Vietnamese a bit and tried to help us find the lighting. But the Asian assistant, who always saves her words to the clients and show off the power is extremely RUDE. the second day we came to pick up 1 item and also get the refund of another item because waiting time is more than 2 months (the sale rep already called my friend to inform). Her attitude is so rude looking and talking to us like she doesn't want to process the refund for us. The lighting display and pricing is very affordable but the customer service is the worst compared to other places. That Asian lady shouldn't be in the customer care team as she didn't provide any customer service

Giving this business a 1 star, I would give them a 0 star if possible. They have terrible customer service. I ordered pendant lights on Black Friday, they said it would take 4 weeks. It’s been 8 weeks, called them 3 weeks ago and they said they ordered the wrong ones and will have the right ones come in next week. Called them last week they said β€œoh no idea why but only one came in, I’ll have your rep call you tomorrow”… still no calls and no updates. Really disappointed. I would love to support a local business but now I just want a refund.

My husband and I was very excited to get lights for our new condo. Had a great experience with our sales Fay, a very kosher and helpful sales. But when we checked out, the so called asian assistant manager showed up out of no where and turned our confusion into their sales drama IN FRONT OF our faces. I was so shocked and awkward but did not want to walk away since we already paid for the lights chosen and we loved them, did not want to waste time to find another store and re-shop one more time. The assistant manager's behaviour was extremely unprofessional and rude. Not only she made the client awkward, but also made her colleague look bad for no reason. When you go to shop, avoid her is my sincere recommendation.

I’ve been sourcing light fixtures at Litemode for over ten years and have always had the best service and pleasant shopping experiences. My rep Ping makes the whole appointment smooth as possible. I may be selecting up to 12 lights at a time,Ping records each selection and which room they will be installed in. When my electrician stops in to pick up the light fixtures, they are each individually tagged with the location to be installed and the light bulbs to be used are all ready to go. Couldn’t ask for better service!

My wife and I ordered a beautiful chandelier with Ping on a trip to Toronto. Later on, our friends helped us picked it up. Both my wife and I really liked this light and wanted a smooth installation, so we hired an electrician to install it. Unfortunately, after the electrician put everything together, the light didn’t turn on. I sent an email to Ping and asked her assistance after office hours. On the next day early morning, she called me back and told me she would deal this issue. Later on, she called me again and provided a technical support number. I called the manufacturer technical support, they remotely diagnosed the problem and told me it was not a simple fix, it would need a full replacement. After I told Ping the recommendation from support staff, she said she would contact the manufacturer and arrange a new shipment ASAP. A few days later, a brand new light was shipped to my home directly . Eventually, our dream light was on and it was so beautiful in our dining room. We live in Ottawa, 400 km away from Toronto, I did worry how to handle this unexpected as a remote buyer at the beginning. I really appreciate Ping. She is so friendly, helpful and professional. She processed this issue in a timely manner, and kept us informed on each step. It was a great experience working with her.
